Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Order weight and dimensions
Order Fulfillment
- Orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party fulfillment partners
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
- All pajamas are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive the package at the shipping address
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended per carrier policy
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by customer, reshipping fees may apply
Address Changes
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order

- We cannot change addresses once orders have been shipped
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping options

Lost or Damaged Packages
