Liam's Pajamas Refund Policy
Refund Timeframe
- 30-day return window** from the date of delivery
- Refund requests must be initiated within this period
- Items must be returned within 14 days of refund approval
Refund Conditions
Full Refund Eligible:
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Wrong size or color shipped due to our error
- Items that don't match product description
- Manufacturing defects (zippers, fabric tears, etc.)
Partial Refund (75% of purchase price):
- Items returned in original condition with tags attached
- Customer changed mind or ordered wrong size
- Items washed once but show no wear
No Refund:
- Items worn extensively or showing signs of wear
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Items without original tags (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30-day window
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original packaging when possible
- Include original tags and any accessories
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Customer covers return shipping costs (except for defective items)
Refund Process

2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship items back within 14 days
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
5. Refunds issued to original payment method
Special Considerations
-Hygiene Policy: For health reasons, items with stains, odors, rips, or excessive wear cannot be refunded
- Gift Returns: Gift recipients can exchange for different size/color or receive store credit
- International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
Exchange Option
- Free size/color exchanges within 30 days
- We cover shipping for exchanges on defective items
- One exchange per order
